Women in STEM - Astrato GoodViz Challenge Submission

Hi all! Here is my first Astrato dashboard and submission for the GoodViz challenge. This was a fun way to explore and learn Astrato. What I found interesting from this analysis, was how in the past 10 years, the number of women in STEM only increased a little bit (4%). Seems like there are still a bit of ways to go to increase women in STEM!
