My colleague @OT_Pricing and I worked on this. 

Although STEM occupations are heavily male dominated, women employees in STEM occupations have been increasing overtime. This shows the need to foster an atmosphere that supports women and enables them to thrive in STEM fields. Women are no less capable than men in STEM occupations.GOO
